Timp Hwy Self Storage, the project known through construction as Bull River, reflects a build that kept moving forward with purpose, hitting key milestones and aligning with the owner's timeline and expectations.
This 3-level, 108,000 square foot facility reflects thoughtful planning, coordination, and a clear understanding of how to deliver a multi-story storage asset efficiently. It sits on Bullriver Road in Lehi, just off the Timpanogos Highway corridor below Traverse Mountain, fully climate-controlled, with two elevators and two stairwells serving a unit mix that runs from 5x5 up to 26x20.
