My Storage Centerfield serves the Sanpete Valley trade area along the US-89 corridor in central Utah, anchored by Centerfield and Gunnison and the farm towns strung between Salina and Manti. This is agricultural country: hay, cattle, and the turkey operations Sanpete County is known for, with Yuba and Palisade reservoirs pulling boats and trailers through the valley every summer. The storage demand that profile creates looks nothing like a metro infill site.

Wasatch carried the project end to end. Steel system design, stamped drawings engineered to the local loads, fabrication, doors, and erection under one contract. The drone shots catch it mid-rise, trusses set and the roof going on, the part of the job most owners never see and the part that decides whether the building lasts.
Centerfield is the kind of secondary market where storage gets overlooked and underbuilt. Done right, a clean, easy-access facility on the main corridor does not just fill. It becomes the default for a whole valley.
